I also crave chocolate, and high fiber bars or chocolate protein bars are great for satisfying my cravings. The trick is to find foods that are good for you and relatively low in fat and calories.

Your next step in taking off the pounds for good is to create an exercise plan for yourself that you can enjoy. I like to walk, and I am learning to run so I purchased a treadmill that I use at least 5 nights a week for at least 50 minutes a session. You don't have to spend money on an expensive piece of exercise equipment to start working out. Simply step outside into the fresh air and begin to walk around your neighborhood. Time yourself, and pick up the pace. Cardiovascular exercise is best for burning fat and calories, and you can do anything from riding a bike to swimming. Finding an exercise that you enjoy and will do regularly is key to your success in weight loss.
